Add a "last contact" field

Maybe I'm missing this...
I'd like a "last contact" field which will be automatically filled with the time passed since last contact : 2 days ago, 2 weeks ago, etc.
We could maybe set a reminder tied to the lead : If last contact > 1 week, send me a reminder!
