Automatically Add existing Leads to the company

Instead of manually adding leads to the company. is it possible to add leads to the company pipeline automatically? Breakcold can do it based on the company name keyword. Here is what can be done:

1) Add the domain and company name to the pipeline
2) If we add a lead and it has a similar company name or keyword in the "company field" then breakcold will send them to the company pipeline automatically.
