Bulk operations for decreasing manual work with "companies" and "people" data/tags.

I would want to have the ability to update all records in CRM with the Excel/CSV file I bring.
Just select columns to update - so it will auto-populate data. This will save tons of manual work.

Example workflow:

1. I download all contacts in my CRM
2. I am enreaching all of them with extra data
3. I am uploading them back and updating current contacts

This way, I can eliminate 100s of features I would need from Breakcold, and do this tasks elsewhere, to just upload the update then to Breakcold
