Create Template from a pipeline or copy the stages

Being able to copy the stages of a pipeline to a new pipeline.
When this action is chosen, a new pipeline is created with the same stages as the chosen pipeline. A name & icon can be added to the new pipeline. (This should include the colours of the pipeline stages.
