Right now, we auto-sync' what comes out of Breakcold but there is no synchronization of the replies. That would be a first step toward a potential unified inbox (or not).

I'm glad to see so many votes for this. Steps toward a multichannel unified inbox for email & social will make Breakcold stand out in the SMB CRM space and will greatly improve the value of the tool to my team.

The value to me is having the full history, so that you (and team) can see all interactions, making harder to repeat messages, duplicate effort, or not remember crucial which damages the users' / users' company brand. Unlike Sinequa Agency, I would use Breakcold for all email interactions and do the nurturing within (again because I can see the entire history)

I think it's perfect as is now. Because you only have to track the first Icebreakers. Then when you get the first reply you need to nurture the relationship outside Breakcold, on your own channels, and just tracking the sales pipeline. Also because it's almost impossibile to track all conversations on the CRM if you don't want to lose focus about relationship instead of management as other CRMs try to do, and failing in my opinion.
