Import Campaign Leads by Status or Tags

Right now, it's only possible to import leads to a campaign with 1 or multiple leads.
It's annoying because if you want to create a campaign on specific individuals, you need to create a list (1), do your campaign (2) and then delete it (3).
Solution = adding people in a campaign by status or tags within their list, or even better = selecting people within that list.
