Problem:

  • not easy to see when was the last post from a lead

Solution:

  • adding a column in the list view to see when was the last post

USE CASES:

  • UNTRACK leads who have posts from +1 year ago (ie. non active LinkedIn leads)
  • Prioritizing leads by their activity
