Lead scoring - (Connection Strength, Close Confidence Score)

Problem:
- not easy to know how strong your connection is with a lead before pitching them
- you can have a lead at the sales call pipeline stage but have barely 0 interactions with = low chances to close a deal
Solution:
- a scoring system depending on ALL the interactions you had with a lead
- some interactions would weigh more than others (if the lead replies to you etc)
- ability to know who is the closest to a lead within a team
- analytics that you can click on with filters
