Make company name visible in preview card inside pipelines

For some reason the company name is not visible on the preview card inside pipelines (we see only role). From usability perspective it's terrible and doesn't make any sense, if we want to move different people across stages we need to always click on the person to see what org they are in.

Since proper company management is not out, this makes the entire process quite inefficient.
