More Socials in Feed (Insta/FB/YT//TikTok/Telegram/Whatsapp)

This feature might never been made, let me explain.
In an ideal world, it would be amazing from my view to get in the company news not only the Twitter news or LinkedIn news but also the Insta/FB/YT/TikTok news of a contact/prospect. To me, it would be THE ideal CRM.
Unfortunately, API access for some of these social medias are not friendly at all so it might be an impossible task. We also want to focus on B2B sales and for that LinkedIn/Twitter are the best right now along with email.
If we see some opportunities and that there is a HIGH demand for another social media platform, we'll try to look for a solution but I can't guarantee anything.
Bear in mind that the goal is to be really good at something instead of being very bad at a lot of things.

Definitely telegram. And if you add Discord then you will be able to recruit all the crypto guys, cause tg and discord are the two main ways of communication in this space.

I understand but when a prospect isn't on LinkedIn the we should have the option to track the company LinkedIn instead. I wish in the field adds you could use additional phone and company LinkedIn fields that are formatted like the others instead of using only a text box field.

Whatsapp Please. It is not need to have an API connection.Just the option to store the whatsapp number with a clickable link (web.whatsapp.com/ phone number)

Last time I checked, Facebook was head and shoulders ahead of other social media platforms for small businesses (<100 employees). Small businesses / sole traders make up 97% of businesses. While LinkedIn is expanding, it is mainly in corporates/government - Facebook for suits is an apt description for LI π
And FB is excellent for not-for-profits and community organisations.

Please, Arnaud. Add Instagram. IG is my main social media platform for prospecting. The more Social media we have inside the platform, the more we will use it and share our love with friends and other professionals. amocrm has all the major platforms. I hope you add at least Instagram. Thank you!

I think with so many people using niche specific Facebook groups, Facebook makes the most logical next integration. IG and Youtube would be my next preferred channels after FB.
