Notes improvements + Tag system

It would be great to have a timeline of notes taken about a contact/prospect. It should be separated from activity (where you have your interactions via messages/emails and like/comments).
Ideally, you could:
- tag some team member to work as a team
- add a title to a note
- add some files to notes (maybe too complicated for a first improvement)

You can now do:
- notes in a way better way then before
- tag team members in your notes
- get notifications when you're tagged
- reply to previous notes to make it a mini thread
- edit existing notes
Notes also now have timestamp so it's very useful
