It would be great to set up reminders and you'll get notifications when it's time to do the task.
In this image example, there are two things:
It would also be great to create a reminder when you send a manual message/email as well
What do you all think about it? Any better ideas?

Hey Breakcolders 😀
Reminders are out! It's actually way better than just reminders. It's a whole tasks system where you can assign tasks to team members.
It's also fully integrated with the feed so you can be super productive as it also aggregate the history timeline of what happened with a B2B contact.
There's also a notifications system.
If you want to fully understand how this new feature works, you can watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qudQhbKX_I0
PS: bugs can be found by people the first week of a release of a new feature, please report anything so we can fix it fast
Exciting news! Our team at Breakcold is currently working on developing a reminder feature that will make your life easier. Stay tuned for updates on its release.

Hi Arnaud, can you create a section in the BR called "action stream", where all tasks / reminders for the day are? Just one place to rule them all 😉

Hey Michal 😀
It's planned and part of the reminders features, we'll release it in 2 instances, first the reminders themselves and then the task section that you call action stream where you'll be able to manage it all

Adding to this - Would be a great addition to add status updates automatically based on the length of time since we last connected or interacted with the lead.
So we can set that after 2 weeks the lead is set to Dying Lead - or something like that
After 1 month... Lead is cold / Dead/ Rotten etc
Something that would automatically remind us to reengaged with that lead - Then soon as I send a message or interact with the lead by commenting or sending a DM or email... it resets to Warm lead and the process starts again until I am able to either close the leads or set the lead as lost etc.
This can also be cooked into the reminders as a reminder to continuously connect with leads before they go cold

Thanks for the feedback, as a first version, I think you'd be able to do what you want using the reminders, smart automation with the sales pipeline will come later on

Not only a good idea, ability to set recurring reminders OR a field that says how often you should plan to make sure you interacted (either you sent or received email). I see a great use of BreakCold as a relationship maintenance system for consultants and similar.

same, even for personal relationships Im thinking about using Breakcold because it focus on selected profiles, when social media keep feeding us with forced "recommendations" instead, and I never get the updates from the people I actually want to follow.

Reminders are very important. I've seen another software that has reminders which also included message templates based on what stage in the pipeline the contact is in.
This would be helpful so that you don't even need to think about what to say to them. You can click on a button to copy that stage's message then paste it to your contact.

Yep, good point, reminders will be the next planned feature imo - most requested by new users, prospective users and current ones
