Workflows/Pipeline Automation
"WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS? PICTURE IS A RAPID DESIGN, NOT THE FINAL VERSION"
- what kind of analytics would make sense for you here (or no analytics)?
Problem:
- difficulty to have a clear process when it comes to engage leads
- lots of back-and-forth to engage leads
- people don't have time to figure out how to build sales CRM or social selling processes
Solution:
- workflow/pipeline automation mode
- templates for newbies to advanced
- possible to automate the sales pipeline depending on certain actions
USE CASES:
- building processes for your sales teams or yourself
- building simple to complex sales pipeline automation depending on your needs
Some pipelines could have some default advancing.
e.g. 2 LI comments. Could add another step for 1 LI comment and when a comment is added to the lead through Breakcold, it advances forward.
Same with DM sent.

I like this view... similar to HubSpot's UI. I like the idea of being able to have a campaign that incorporates both engagement actions, step forward automation and conditional logic.

We need a way to integrate a form script code so that I can transfer my leads into Breakcold from the moment at sign up

Import Leads into Pipeline Stages after Cold Email is Sent
It would be nice if we could integrate the contacts that have been emailed into a specific pipeline stage to then follow up once the email is sent.

It would be great if we can do the following 2 things automatically
1) Schedule tracking / untracking. E.g. track this lead for 14 days
2) Move the lead from one stage to other in X days. I guess what now is being done with reminders, but this can be laborious especially because it doesn't seem like tasks can be created in bulk.
Use case: I import 30 leads, I want to track and engage with them for 14 days. They are added to my stage "engage" but after 14 days I enroll them into a new stage (maybe I want to send them InMail or automated LinkedIn cadence with other tool).
